HEP is a massive forge-being the sisters found after following hidden machinery beneath the Shrine of Returning Light.

The chamber around HEP felt older and larger than Bellharrow's ordinary magic: golden, metallic, full of tools, and connected to strange route machinery.

The sisters have now spoken with HEP. He is ancient, literal, careful with tools, and connected to F14's work around the 13th Door.

Known So Far​

  • HEP's name appeared in a strange note found in F14's cottage.
  • Hidden shrine machinery and a smoky black lens led the sisters to HEP's forge chamber.
  • HEP was sleeping when the sisters arrived, but woke after they called his name.
  • The forge reacted when Briar tried to take something and then apologized.
  • F14 once brought HEP a hinge from the 13th Door.
  • HEP made two masks for the sisters from that hinge.
  • A broker stole the key to HEP's forge locker, and the sisters recovered it from beneath the Crooked Schoolhouse.
  • HEP spoke of Circe as a sibling or sibling-like counterpart.
